Returns & Exchanges

Once an order is confirmed, VELVIA does not accept cancellations or refunds for any reason.

For online transactions, the products are selected by the customer, and the information is entered by the customer. Please verify and confirm that all details are completely accurate. Once the transaction is confirmed, orders cannot be modified, canceled, refunded, or transferred.

After the customer completes payment, if the purchased item is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund the deposit, with no additional compensation provided for such circumstances.

We retain the prerogative to decline returns or exchanges under the ensuing conditions:

  • Failure to contact us within the specified time frame; or
  • Damage caused by human handling; or
  • Color discrepancies between the image and the actual product or differences in measurement standards; or
  • The product is not natural: Please provide reasonable proof; or
  • The product has defects (already visible in the product images); or
  • Dissatisfaction with the style or size; or
  • “I no longer like it”;

And other similar cases. No returns or exchanges will be accepted under these circumstances.

▸ After receiving the product, customers must immediately inspect it for any issues and notify us promptly. To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service department via email at velvia0926@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. (For deliveries via SF Express or local registered mail, the date of receipt will be used as the reference; for local standard mail, the fifth working day after dispatch will be used as the reference.)

▸ All returned or exchanged items must include the original VELVIA receipt, the main product, all packaging (inner and outer), accessories, and free gifts in their complete and undamaged condition. No parts should be missing or damaged.

▸ Shipping fees for returns, exchanges, or reshipments will be borne by the buyer.

▸ The buyer assumes all risks associated with mailing returned or exchanged items. Please ensure the returned products are properly packaged. VELVIA will not handle any damaged goods.

▸ The deadline for return and refund requests is five days from the date of receipt.

▸ Customers must fill out the VELVIA Return/Exchange/Refund Application Form for processing. The form is only to be completed after communication with a VELVIA customer service representative.

VELVIA reserves the final right to decide on returns and exchanges, as well as the right to modify return and exchange policies.
